When we ordered we were clear about how many floors & which week we wanted delivery. They said they could do it…
^ Then on the week it was supposed to be delivered (late December), they called and said it would be a few additional weeks before they could. So my brother had a few more weeks of not having a fridge…
^ Then when they came they said it was a 3 man job to go up that many stairs (even though it was in the notes how many floors it would be). So they postponed again…
^ Then they tried to deliver on the new date and FORGOT TO BRING THE APPLIANCES on the truck. How does this even happen? So we had to reschedule yet again…
^ and now they show up today and the fridge and washer is damaged! So while we kept the dryer, we now have to wait for them to order yet another fridge and washer…
